The author of Somebody Touched Me is a total mystery. It’s also called “Glory Glory Glory” and “It Must Have Been The Hand Of The Lord”. It is assumed to be a Negro Spiritual, but we couldn’t find supporting documentation. Lyrics are widely varied but the melody seems to stay the same in all versions.
